Home prices expected to continue falling at least through the first quarter of 2027
REA Group Economics Executive Manager Angus Moore says home prices are expected to continue falling at least through the first quarter of 2027.
“There is certainly some distance to run in this downturn,” Mr Moore told News24 Business Editor Ross Greenwood.
“We’d expect to continue to see home prices falling at least through the first quarter of next year.”
