‘He’s extremely upset’: Trump sends message to NATO allies over Iran war inaction

United States Studies Centre Honorary Associate Dr Harry Melkonian says US President Donald Trump’s withdrawal of troops from Germany is another message to NATO of his unhappiness.

“Donald Trump has been having conflicts with NATO members for some time,” Mr Melkonian told Sky News Australia.

“He’s extremely upset that when the Gulf was blocked, that the European states did not send their navies to support the American Navy.”
