Gunfire was reported at the Philippine Senate during an attempted arrest of Sen. Ronald dela Rosa. He took shelter in his office under Senate “protective custody.” The ICC has charged him with crimes against humanity linked to alleged war-on-drugs killings under then-President Rodrigo Duterte.
