Grim Details Emerge in Death of Man Mutilated by Frontier Airlines Jet Engine at Denver Airport
A man captured in surveillance video being fatally struck by a Frontier Airlines plane on May 8 has been identified.
41-year-old Michael Mott was horrifically dismembered after being sucked into the engine of an Airbus A321neo mid-takeoff at Denver International Airport.
Mott had jumped the perimeter fence, calmly walked across the runway, and was mowed down by the Los Angeles bound plane at 11:19 p.m.
According to a representative for the Denver City and County Medical Examiner’s Office, Mott is believed to have committed suicide.
