Govt allocates RM44.5mil for flood mitigation works in PJ, Damansara

The government has allocated RM44.5mil to implement 30 flood mitigation projects in flood-prone areas around Petaling Jaya and Damansara, with works now under way, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Anwar said the flood mitigation works were approved under a cost-sharing arrangement between the Federal Government and the Selangor government.
