Government gazettes three proposed legislative amendment bills for public comment
The Justice Department has gazetted three amendment Bills for public comment, as government moves to modernise the country’s legal framework, and close gaps in criminal and civil law.
The Bills deal with illicit mining, legal practice, and the regulation of trusts.
Government is also looking to amend legislation relating to incitement and instigation of serious crimes.
