Foul-Mouth Kamala Urges Democrats to Get ‘Ruthless’ After Supreme Court Ruling on Voting Rights

Douglas Award. Harris argued the decision would make it harder to challenge racially discriminatory electoral maps and accused opponents of a long-term effort to restrict voting access.
