FMD | Aucamp calls for govt-private sector collaboration

Minister of Agriculture Willie Aucamp has reiterated the importance of collaboration between government and the private sector in fighting Foot-and-Mouth disease.

This as the Department is set to rollout 4 million Foot and Mouth Disease vaccines across the country and batches will be shared with the private sector to deal with the outbreak.

Addressing the two-day Free State Agriculture Congress in Bloemfontein, Aucamp said the partnership is aimed at strengthening the national response to the outbreak.
