Floodwater Explodes Through Collapsed Wall and Swallows Parking Garage in China
A torrent of muddy floodwater came crashing into an underground car park after a wall suddenly collapsed in Xuchang, China on Aug 12. Security guards can be seen sprinting for safety as the surge carries debris into the facility, rapidly covering the parking area during torrential rains from Typhoon Dolphin.
