FIFA President Gianni Infantino attempted to encourage Palestinian and Israeli delegates to shake hands at the FIFA Congress. The gesture fell flat after Palestinian Football Association president Jibril Rajoub declined to shake hands with Israel Football Association official Basim Sheikh Suliman and left the stage.
