The head of the FBI says a suspect is in custody after conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was shot dead during his public address at Utah Valley University.
Kirk was a high-profile figure of the MAGA movement, who was credited for galvanising youth support for US President Donald Trump campaign.
Governor of Utah Spencer Cox has labelled the attack a ‘political assassination’ and Mr Kirk’s death as a tragedy.
