FBI: NYC suspect fired airsoft rifle
FBI says 43-year-old suspect former U.S. Army soldier Andrew Arrabaca has been identified in the NYC incendiary device incident. FBI officials say the suspect yelled derogatory terms about ICE. He served from 2001 to 2005 as a Patriot missile systems mechanic.
