Fans head to US for World Cup final at any cost, retired legends await match
Argentina fans departed from the Ezeiza International Airport outside Buenos Aires on July 17 to fly to New York to see their national football team take on Spain on July 19 as they bid to become the first nation to retain their world title since 1962.
They said despite the high costs, it was worth paying to witness Argentina’s potential fourth World Cup win.
