Fahmi to meet Media Mulia management over workforce decision

Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil will meet the management of Media Mulia Sdn Bhd on Nov 5 to explain its decision that about 100 employees would be placed under a Paid Leave Programme as part of the company’s rationalisation exercise.

Fahmi warned that potential staff dismissals could affect the company’s eligibility for the second round of RM30 million Media Innovation Fund allocation.
