Evictions clear final hurdle for Kampung Sungai Baru redevelopment
Among the piles of broken wood, glass and twisted metal, 53-year-old Saiful Azhar Ibrahim was seen carefully picking through the rubble of what was once his family home in Kampung Sungai Baru, Kuala Lumpur.
The area was a chaotic scene on Sept 11 when police and court bailiffs moved in to enforce a long-awaited eviction order.
