Employment Services Amendment Bill could set foreign worker quotas

The Portfolio Committee on Employment and Labour is considering legislation that will empower the Minister to set quotas for the employment of foreign nationals by sector, occupation or area.

The purpose of the Employment Services Amendment Bill, is to address sections of the Act that have proven to be inadequate to meet these challenges.
