An eight-year-old boy was killed after being attacked by a crocodile while swimming in a river in Indonesia.
Dani was playing in the water near his home when the reptile lunged at him and dragged him beneath the surface in South Kalimantan on July 14.
Panicked residents called for help before a search and rescue operation began.
Footage shows volunteers shining torches across the Kupang River as they searched for the missing boy through the night.
The search continued the next day until rescuers recovered his body floating more than 492ft (150m) from the spot where he was attacked.
