Eight accused in court for bail applications
The Polokwane Magistrate’s Court in Limpopo, has staggered the the bail application of six of the eight accused persons in the insurance related killings and fraud. One of the accused has been referred to a mental facility while others will continue with the bail application on Thursday and Friday. This as some defense lawyers weren’t available. The accused are linked to former police officer Rachel Kutumela’s syndicate, which allegedly secured more than R10 million in insurance payouts.
