Driver in fatal Jln Kuching crash claims trial to reckless driving charges
The driver suspected of causing a six-vehicle accident along Jalan Kuching that resulted in the death of a five-year-old girl has claimed trial to charges at the Magistrates’ Court in Kuala Lumpur.
Charged under the Road Transport Act, Raeven Goh Wey Haur, 24, faces up to 10 years’ jail if convicted of causing death by dangerous driving.
