US President Donald Trump was rushed from the White House Correspondents’ Dinner after suspected gunshots were heard.
Attendees of the dinner ducked under tables amid scenes of widespread confusion during the incident, our Washington correspondent reports from the event.
The president and first lady and all other Secret Service protectees are safe, says Secret Service spokesman Anthony Guglielmi.
