Donald Trump rejects Russia’s offer to help with Iran enrichment
US President Donald Trump has revealed he declined his Russian counterpart’s offer to assist in the conflict in the Middle East.
“He told me he’d like to be involved with the enrichment if he can help us get it,” he told reporters on Wednesday, local time.
“I said I’d much rather have you be involved with ending the war with Ukraine.
“He doesn’t want to see them (Iran) have a nuclear weapon either.”
