Domestic Trade enforcement division should be upgraded to full department, says Zahid
It is high time for the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry’s enforcement division to level up into a department especially with ever-growing consumer issues, says Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
Meanwhile, Minister Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali said the ministry is studying a proposal to elevate the enforcement division to a department to strengthen capabilities and improve coordination across ministries.
