Defence seeks to restrict evidence in Tyler Robinson’s pre-trial proceedings

Accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson has appeared in court for a pre-trial hearing.

The defence has sought to limit the evidence and testimony that may be considered in the upcoming trial.

Robinson’s legal team has also asked the court to take action against members of the prosecution over comments made to the media about the case.

The judge is expected to rule on the defence motions at the next hearing, scheduled for early June.
