So much for the redeployment of withdrawn U.S. troops from Germany to Poland. In a surprise announcement, the U.S. Army suddenly cancelled the transfer of their 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division. That’s more than 4,000 soldiers and associated equipment that were promised to Poland. Warsaw is downplaying the affair and denies that there’s a withdrawal of troops in the cards for them.
