DBS, OCBC, UOB cut about 3,000 jobs in 2025 in productivity push
The combined workforce of Singapore’s three local banks – DBS, OCBC and UOB – fell by 2.6% in 2025, a reduction of 2,806 staff to a total of 104,266 employees.
