Thai cabbie, Mapraw, 41, was driving the Palestinian passenger named Alex on the holiday island of Phuket when he repeatedly propositioned her on July 1.
Dashcam footage shows the pair making small talk in the car before the tourist told Mapraw: ‘You look beautiful’.
He then started flirting, saying he ‘liked her’ and asking whether she was married.
As the conversation continued, he asked if she wanted to do ‘something special’ with him and invited her into a romantic relationship. After Mapraw turned him down, he offered her 3,000 baht.
