Cutting U.S. intelligence could cost civilians lives | Ukraine Brief

A Russian missile attack on Kharkiv has killed at least four people and injured 41 after a residential apartment block was struck overnight, engulfing a four-story building in flames and causing an entire section to collapse. Other Russian strikes across Ukraine killed another six people and wounded dozens, including in Rivne, where a university building was hit. President Zelenskyy also confirmed that Ukraine received no intelligence warning from its partners ahead of Russian Monday night strikes on Kyiv, while Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said U.S. intelligence had been provided but was delayed. Meanwhile, eleven sailors remain missing after drone attacks targeted two merchant ships off Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, with one vessel sinking and another sustaining damage.

Ukraine Brief Host Ayse Abaci was joined by Andrii Osadchuk, Ukrainian MP, Voice Party, to discuss these developments in-depth.
