Cruise passengers begin quarantine in Bullsbrook | 7NEWS


Six passengers from a COVID-affected cruise ship have arrived in Perth and been transferred to a quarantine facility in Bullsbrook for a mandatory three-week isolation period. The group, consisting of five Australians and one New Zealander, travelled from Europe via the Middle East after their cruise was struck by a Hunter virus outbreak that resulted in three deaths and 11 confirmed cases. The passengers are currently in good health and showing no symptoms, though they will undergo regular PCR testing and health screening during their isolation.
