Fresh courtroom drama has erupted in the Charlie Kirk murder case after a Utah judge barred portions of a recorded interview with Lance Twiggs, Tyler Robinson’s former roommate, from being played publicly. Robinson’s defence argued prosecutors were attempting to portray parts of the recording as “confessions,” claiming the excerpts could unfairly influence potential jurors. Judge Tony Graf ordered several segments withheld from open court but said he would review the full interview while deciding whether prosecutors have presented sufficient evidence to move the aggravated murder case to trial.
