Shocking video shows a Mexican migrant being put in what appears to be a chokehold by a Border Patrol agent in a suburb of Chicago, leading to him being hospitalized and then taken to an unknown location, his family says.
The viral footage, taken from a nearby upstairs window, captures the moment Ricardo Aguayo Rodriguez writhes on the ground as he pleads with the federal immigration agent in Melrose Park on November 2nd.
