Carolina water contaminated: WaterCAN
Water consumed in Carolina, Mpumalanga, is contaminated.
That’s according to the civil organisation, Water Community Action Network (WaterCAN).
The organisation claims to have found a high level of E. coli in the water.
Apparently, the wastewater booster in the area has been dysfunctional for more than 4 years.
But the local municipality has rejected the claims that it supplies contaminated water.
