Cape Storms | Over 2-thousand people affected
The Cape Winelands District Municipality says over two thousand people have been affected by the adverse weather and are being housed in community and church halls across the district. Worcester and Rawsonville remain the most affected areas where one thousand 900 people have been evacuated due to persistently rising river levels. A large number of people remain trapped by floodwaters. SABC News reporter Corbin August has the latest news from the Western Cape.
