Cape storm claims first victim
A 37-year old woman has died after a tree fell on top of her vehicle in Knysna in the Western Cape. This follows a Level 8 storm that hit the region, affecting towns in the Garden Route and Little Karoo. Heavy rain, strong winds and localised flooding is battering the area. School closures for today and tomorrow were implemented in George, Knysna and Oudtshoorn.
