Brown Mogotsi case postponed
The case against self-proclaimed political fixer Brown Mogotsi has been postponed in the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court.
This after the defence asked the state for further particulars, including the cellular telephone records of state witnesses.
Mogotsi is facing charges including unlawful possession of a firearm, perjury and defeating the ends of justice, linked to an alleged staged assassination attempt in Vosloorus last year.
