Bolsonaro refuses to concede, says will seek annulment of Brazil vote

Brazilian Senator Flavio Bolsonaro said on Sunday (Oct 25) that he would not concede defeat to President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who secured a fourth non-consecutive term.

He said he would seek to have the run-off election annulled.

The electoral court said Lula won with more than 51% of the vote to Bolsonaro’s more than 48%, with 99.9% of ballot boxes counted.
