Bluey makes special appearance at Garma 2026

While Prime Minister Anthony Albanese missed Garma 2026, a special guest has attended the largest Indigenous culture festival in Australia.

Bluey, a beloved icon, attended day one of the festival: Education Day. She’s there, delighting children a month after the ABC announced five episodes of the animated program have been translated using audio in Yolŋu Matha, the First Nations language of north-east Arnhem Land.
