Blocked drains leave Dunoon homes flooded

Cape Town officials say torrential rains haven’t caused any infrastructure damage, but blocked drains have caused flooding in low-lying areas. In Dunoon, the city is working on relocating 30 structures illegally built on stormwater drains.
