Baru Bian fails to strike out PKR’s RM10mil suit over breach of bond
The Kuala Lumpur High Court on Wednesday (Oct 28) dismissed Ba’kelalan assemblyman Baru Bian’s application to strike out a RM10mil lawsuit filed by PKR over an alleged breach of a bond after he left the party in 2020.
