Banyana face Tanzania in WAFCON Group B


South African women’s football coach, Desiree Ellis, says she expects the first Women’s Africa Cup of Nations with 16 teams to be the most difficult ever.

Banyana Banyana, who won the tournament in 2022, should at least finish in the top two in their group to advance to the next round in Morocco.

South Africa, who are in Group B, open their campaign against Tanzania in Casablanca tonight.
