Australians eating protein at the wrong time | 7NEWS


The CSIRO has released new research showing that most Australians consume adequate protein but fail to distribute it properly throughout the day. Dietitians recommend spreading 25-30 grams of protein across main meals using whole foods rather than ultra-processed high-protein products. The organisation has launched a free online calculator to help Australians determine their individual protein requirements based on age, weight and health goals.
