Aussie teen sues government over earthquake evacuation flights | ABC NEWS
A teenager with disabilities is taking matters into his own hands and suing the Australian government in the Federal Court, after being left in Vanuatu for days following a deadly earthquake in 2024.
Sean Senbel-Lynch and his family say he was refused access to Australian Defence Force flights that evacuated hundreds of other Australians after the magnitude-7.3 earthquake.
The government says it cannot comment on matters before the courts.
