Appeals Court upholds stay of damages in Raymond Koh, Amri Che Mat cases
The Court of Appeal has upheld a stay of execution on RM37 million in damages awarded to Pastor Raymond Koh and RM3 million to Amri Che Mat’s wife, dismissing appeals from both families.
Both men remain missing to this day.
