Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi Announces Resignation From Lok Sabha, JKNC In Budgam
Srinagar Lok Sabha MP Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi announced his resignation from Parliament and the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) at a gathering in Budgam on the 26th death anniversary of his father.
Addressing a large gathering of supporters at Behesht-e-Zehra Park, Ruhullah described their presence as a victory for the “politics of principles”. He also spoke about bringing like-minded people together and said he was not setting any timeline for his next move.
