ACLU requests investigation into claim that ICE officer slashed tire
The ACLU has filed a complaint over the incident, alleging the ICE officer acted “in retaliation for First Amendment protected activity.” USA TODAY has reached out to DHS and ICE for comment on the incident and the ACLU complaint.
