AfriForum takes Julius Malema and the EFF to court
AfriForum wants the Economic Freedom Fighters fined R500,000 and its leader, Julius Malema, jailed for 18 months for contempt of court, alleging they violated a 2017 court order by calling for the illegal occupation of land.
