LIVE: President Trump Remarks in Marietta, Georgia on the Economy and Iran War
President Donald Trump is visiting metro Atlanta on Wednesday to pitch a new nationwide investment initiative for children during a Wednesday afternoon speech at Wheeler High School in Cobb County.
Trump is scheduled to speak at 3 p.m. at Wheeler High School to highlight what the White House calls Trump Accounts, an initiative designed to help American families build wealth.
he administration estimates accounts could reach over $18,000 without extra deposits, or more than $1 million by age 28 with maximum contributions.
Gov. Brian Kemp stated that Georgia foster children can participate in the program.
Republican candidates Rick Jackson and Mike Collins are also expected to attend.
