Defamation Case | Court upholds interim order against Mchunu
The North Gauteng High Court has finalised an interim order against cultural activist and former radio presenter, Ngizwe Mchunu.
This follows EFF leader, Julius Malema’s civil defamation application against Mchunu over allegedly defamatory remarks he made outside the Union Building last month, which went viral on social media.
