Magudumana takes extradition challenge to Constitutional Court
Legal representatives for jailed celebrity medical doctor Nandipha Magudumana are appearing before the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg to challenge the lawfulness of her extradition from Tanzania to South Africa.
She and her partner, convicted rapist Thabo Bester, were arrested in Tanzania after fleeing South Africa following Bester’s escape from the Mangaung Correctional Facility in Bloemfontein.
