Long Island Woman Says She’s Been Stalked for 3 Years After Selling iPhone Online
A Long Island woman says she has been stalked and terrorized for three years after trying to sell an iPhone online.
She says the man, whom she has never met, sent hundreds of threats, showed up at her family’s home and continues to contact her despite multiple arrests.
Officials say legal loopholes and misdemeanor charges have made it difficult to keep him in custody, raising concerns about gaps in the system.
