‘I think it’s great’: Donald Trump praises UAE’s major move to leave OPEC
US President Donald Trump has reacted to the United Arab Emirates’ big move to quit OPEC next month after nearly 60 years of membership.
“I think it’s great,” he said.
“Ultimately, it’s a good thing for getting the price of gas down, getting oil down, getting everything down – they have it all.
“They’re having some problems in OPEC.”
